SE Connect and Remote Patient Monitoring are the primary advanced technology options provided by SE. SE Connect is a one-button device that automatically connects patients and caregivers to the Care Center, where they can address emergency and non-emergency issues. Remote Patient Monitoring uses blue-tooth enabled devices to provide medical professionals with vital signs such as weight, blood pressure, pulse Ox, and others.
