SE has expanded its services to include specialized clinical, medical and therapeutic services. Heart Failure Disease Management, Palliative Care, Wound Care, Lymphedema, Remote Patient Monitoring, Geriatric Care Management, Gero-Psychiatric and Oncology Home Health Care programs are integral parts of SE’s services.

Putting SE staff members into patients’ home is a serious responsibility. As such, as SE staff members must:
- Complete SE’s comprehensive training course
- Meet all state and federal requirements
- Pass drug testing
- Pass criminal background check.
