Professional Development and Continuing Education at SE

Southeastern Health Care at Home (SE) recognizes that the talents and skills of its staff are its most important resource. SE is committed to providing clinical staff with cutting edge training and education. SE clinicians have multiple opportunities for professional development, continued education (CE) hours, and personal growth.

New staff members participate in a customized learning program that includes a combination of live, classroom education sessions combined with online learning modules. Clinical staff members are assigned to a trained preceptor who works with them to achieve their personal orientation goals and SE’s Education Department is available for assistance and guidance every step of the way.
