Neurological Rehabilitation

Many conditions may affect patients’ ability to feel safe with walking, dressing or even with getting out of bed or a chair. Using clinically proven strategies, techniques and equipment, the Southeastern Health Care at Home therapy team helps patients restore confidence, improve safety and achieve the highest possible level of independence while managing symptoms and increasing the ability to engage in meaningful activities throughout the day.


Retraining muscles and the nervous system, treatments to improve strength, coordination, balance, decrease abnormalities and difficulty with walking, improve speech, swallowing, and activities of daily living.

Multiple Sclerosis

Education in managing symptoms, training and exercises to improve speech and daily tasks as they become increasingly difficult with flare ups or progression of the disease.


Cueing and compensatory strategies to improve movement patterns with walking and transfers, exercises designed to improve coordination, balance, muscle power, physical capacity and posture.
