Southeastern Hospice Testimonials

I would just like to extend my gratitude for Courtney. I was listening to her the other day with a resident/your patient. This individual was upset and worried. The time and dedication that she spent with this resident to deescalate the behavior was unlike what I have ever seen from a Hospice Aide. She was compassionate towards this resident’s feelings and listened to her concerns. I expressed my gratitude to her, but I wanted to let you know as well. Obviously, Southeastern Health Care at Home (SE) is new to our community, but with caring staff like Courtney I will definitely recommend SE for hospice services.
Robin is great! She came out on New Year’s Day to check my Dad and walk us through the medication process. She was kind, compassionate and informative. Robin, Russ, Courtney, Melissa and the whole Hospice team are the reason my Father can pass peacefully at home. Because our Hospice team is so experienced, you would never know we are a “new” hospice. They know exactly what to do and do it like they are taking care of their own family member. They bring compassion, skill and respect into a patient’s home.
Expectations exceeded, called for Hospice 2p on Friday, Nurse Debbie was here around 5p. Everything was first class from the beginning. We were made aware of everything. (patient) was worried and anxious. Debbie explained everything and helped put (patient) at peace. I would recommend Southeastern to anyone. The hospice team hit it out of the park.
Everyone was receptive to calls. They were quick to answer with easy and understandable explanations. Everyone was professional and the care delivered was very good.
Any issues we had, everyone was quick to respond. We’re very happy with the care we received.
Our needs were very much met. The nurse, Mary, and the aide assisted greatly especially with me being alone in the process. I loved the nurse and aide. I felt cared for! I would highly recommend Southeastern Hospice.
My mom, my sisters and I cannot thank our Hospice family enough for the compassion and respect they gave my Father. Their efforts made it possible for Dad to pass comfortably at home with all of us there.

My father passed away in the house he loved so much due to the compassion and skills of the Homecare and Hospice caregivers who tirelessly worked to meet my father’s needs and keep him comfortable. Those nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides are true angels, and my family could not be more thankful for the kindness and respect they gave my Father.
